you can juice chia??? the seeds?

      • Samantha Jones  says:

        Hi Erica,
We wouldn’t necessarily recommend sending the seeds through the juicer, but chia seeds are fantastic for using in juices. They thicken the mixture and add some texture to the juice. Great for when you’re looking for a meal replacement!

    2. Norma  says:

How much of each do u put in to make the drink

      • Samantha Jones  says:

        Hi Norma,
There are no hard and fast rules for how many of each to use. All of these smoothie mixtures are very versatile and most definitely influenced by personal preference. We loved just playing around with these ingredients, but if you’re looking for a starting point, a good rule of thumb is to use equal parts of each to begin with and then add in extra of specific ingredients as you desire. Happy juicing!

I find it hard to juice a banana…..just made a beet root, carrot and apple juice…very delish.

      • Samantha Jones  says:

Oh yum! That sounds delightful! With regards to the banana, if you find it difficult to juice the banana, try combining the juice and the banana in a blender. :)

      • Rachel  says:

If you freeze the banana first it is so much easier to juice.

        • Sharee Narciso  says:

Thanks Rachel! This is a good suggestion with regards to Toni’s problem earlier ;)
